Welcome to Cardinal Evaluation & Consulting, LLC!

I have more than a decade of experience developing and implementing formative and summative program evaluations for non-profit and educational organizations. My work focuses on developing evaluation practices aligned with mission, vision, and values. I start with a comprehensive review of strategic goals and program theory, liaise with stakeholders at all levels, and use a variety of tools to create a plan that helps you demonstrate impact.

I enjoy helping my clients develop their strategic goals and document their impact and outcomes. Telling your story with data and anecdotes maximizes your impact – and I want to help!

I have a Master of Public Policy degree from Duke University and currently make my home in the great Research Triangle.
